Since 2004 there has not been many facets of the Car Wash Industry that TMC has not been involved with.  Everything from the traditional Self-Serve manual and Automatic Wash Bays, to sites that incorporate “Super Wash Bays” to cater for buses, caravans and boats, to the larger Truck Wash Bays, or sites keeping up with the ‘new’ way of washing via a Tunnel Wash.  TMC is also involved in designing/developing Modular Construction Wash Bays which can sit directly on the ground with all plumbing and equipment mounted internally!

On sites where the ground space is limited TMC has used innovative design solutions to move the Plant Room from the Ground Floor to place it over the Wash Bays to maximise the number and size of the wash bays.  We have also designed sites incorporating drive through Coffee Shops, separate Car Detailing businesses, Self-Storage Sheds, or a Showroom/Factory.  We have worked on sites where the car wash was suspended 5M above the ground or the site has sloped more than 7M from side to side!

We have many years of Building Design, Architectural Drafting and Structural/Civil Engineering design experience with Industrial Factories/Warehouses, Commercial and Residential buildings.  We are familiar with many design and building techniques to suit even the most difficult site conditions, various design requirements or different construction techniques.  Everything from complex foundation solutions, suspended floor slabs, cut and filled sites, retaining walls, portal frames, stormwater drainage detention systems etc… TMC has you covered.
