The Client was confident with engaging the services of TMC on their large car wash project after being referred to TMC by a friend whom we had previously designed a car wash for. The site of 2,0002 was ideal for their grand plans which included provisions for a “Super Bay” to cater for large boats, caravans and trailers which are common to their area. During the Concept Building Design stage TMC was able to take into account the sizable turning area required to cater for these large vehicles and quickly determine the ideal site layout. The Client could see many advantages with the design and the project moved into the Design Planning Development stage where all of the planning documentation was completed. TMC was able to liaise with the Client’s local Town Planner to overview their report for correctness and help guide the Planning process wherever technically required.

The Client engaged TMC to complete the full set of construction documentation taking advantage of the streamlined process that is offered. Throughout the process the selected Car wash Equipment Supplier was involved to ensure that their requirements were taken into consideration and included in the Construction Documentation where necessary. TMC was able to utilize their local contacts to successfully gain the Section 40 approval for all of the Engineering works. The construction process was relatively smooth and the entire site was finished and opened for business ahead of schedule.

  • 2 × Automatic Wash Bays and entry canopy
  • 1 x Super Wash Bay
  • 4 × Vacuum Bays
  • 2 × Dog Washes
  • Secure Storage/Plant Room
  • Under cover Vending and Change Area
