Working on a shared site (with common driveway areas) and being confined to an area with a maximum width of around 18 meters was interesting challenge! In order to achieve adequate queuing for vehicles it was necessary to separate the location of the Self-Serve Wash Bays from the Automatic Wash Bays.
The final design layout effectively uses every square inch of the site with 2 separate Vacuum Bay areas, split driveway access to the Automatic Wash Bays and the Self-Serve Wash Bays, and a clearly visible Dog Wash area.
Note: The Town Planning design and documentation was completed by another consultant. TMC Building Design Group amended this original design to achieve the final construction design layout as the initial Planning layout (by others) needed modifications to function more effectively.
