The Owners of this site wanted to build a car wash to complement their existing crash repair business on the adjoining property. The problem was that the site was just over 15 meters wide and 46 meters long- could this be done? They were referred to TMC by two different sources in the industry to help solve their problem and create a cost effective practical outcome.
With the wide cross section of skills that TMC possesses; we were able to develop a design that identified problems inherent to the site and created answers. We designed the site to cater for two automatic Wash Bays as the main feature as this would optimise the revenue for the Client given the land dimensions. The design has great traffic flow paths and good visibility around the site, excellent signage and a pleasing colour scheme. The Client is ecstatic with the result as they didn’t think the site would function so well.

TMC worked with the car wash equipment supplier to ensure that their requirements were taken into account and built into the construction documentation. Due to our understanding of the local Planning requirements and high level of planning documentation required; Council only took 8 weeks to issue a Planning Approval. TMC was able to issue a full set of construction documents only 4 weeks later to the Client which highlighted the streamlined service that we offer.
