Our Fearless Leader
Our Director, Tracey Michaels (Curran) has a wealth of knowledge and design flare to bring to any Architectural or Engineering project. She is extremely passionate and motivated and is always working to achieve the highest of professional standards. Tracey has been in the industry since 1998 and comes with years of experience in building design, architectural drafting and engineering disciplines. With her high level of enthusiasm and diverse range of skills that cover many aspects of design, marketing and management areas; she truly adds value to every project that she is involved in.
Tracey studied Civil Engineering at Monash University and graduated with honours in 1997. She continued with her studies and graduated from RMIT University in 2008 with a Masters of Engineering Management with Distinction. She is registered in Victoria with the Victorian Building Authority with a Building Design (Architectural) Draftsperson licence and also in Queensland with a Nominee Supervisor Class Building Design; Open License.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer a true “One Stop Shop”! We are able to take each project from the initial design concept, through the Planning Application process (if required) and arrive with the finished construction documentation product. Along the way we can comprehensively manage all aspects of your project by organising any surveys/reports/approvals that may be required. We have found that this practice streamlines the project, the documentation process is more cost effective, reduces the chances of time delays by using multiple consultants, and most importantly gets your building built faster so you can start to live in or trade weeks earlier.
TMC’s reputation for producing highly accurate documentation and implementing innovative design solutions is gratifying. We are meticulous in the production of our documentation to ensure that our high quality plans, notations/specifications and details are being continually improved upon. Many of the projects that we are involved (especially in the Car/Truck/Hand Wash area) often require design features that are not commonly known or understood by other consultants. It is our job to document the project correctly and to a high level to avoid delays during construction and negate extras and variations being charged by the Builder due to poor documentation standard or errors.
