Seville, Victoria

The new Car Wash development in Seville was a portion of a much larger project of developing a Woolworths, numerous specialty stores, a Medical Centre and a Service Station. This project required working with the primary Architect, Landscape Architect, Hydraulic, Traffic and Acoustic Engineers, the Developer and other stakeholders as necessary. The initial concept layout plans were designed and incorporated into the overall site layout to ensure smooth traffic flow around all areas of the site. The Client was conscious of including their “Eco Wash” branding and colour scheme throughout the car wash portion of the site and making it blend in with other buildings. After thorough consultation with all parties the Car Wash documentation was included in the overall submission to Council for approval of the overall development.

Once Planning approval was granted TMC was able to offer the Client the full Construction Documentation service which made liaising with the overall development’s Hydraulic and Civil Engineers, the Developer and other stakeholders an straightforward process. TMC was able to attend meetings and have full knowledge of the car wash project in all disciplines which was time and cost efficient for the Client and helped aid the decision making process in a number of areas. The Client was impressed with the clarity of the documentation produced which resulted in minimal on-site visits during construction.
